Our complaints procedure

We are committed to providing a high-quality legal service to all of our clients. If at any point you are unhappy with the service you have received, we want to hear from you so that we can put things right.

We will deal with any complaint promptly, fairly and free of charge. In the first instance, please raise your concern with the person handling your matter, or with the partner responsible. If you would like a copy of our full complaints procedure, please contact either office and we will be happy to provide it.

Contact the person dealing with your matter, or the responsible partner, by phone, email or letter. Tell us what has gone wrong and how you would like it resolved.
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to investigate and respond within the timescales set out in our full complaints procedure.
No. We deal with complaints free of charge.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 597066), and our full procedure explains your options in detail.
